Cancellation Policy
Tutoring sessions may be re-booked 48 hours in advance of the original session; both individual sessions and 10-session packs are non-refundable and must be used within 12-months of purchase date. Please note that you will be charged for a session if you do not show up, or if you cancel within 48 hours of the session.
